The Class of 1966 met for their 50 year reunion on May 28, 2016, for dinner at the MEI Middle School.
We have produced 102 children and 190 grandchildren. We have also said goodbye to children, spouses, parents and siblings, including 4 of classmates.
Currently we live in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Florida, Connecticut, Oklahoma, Oregon and Washington.
We have started companies, written best sellers, worked with the under privileged and special needs, home schooled and become teachers, professors, research scientists, raised cattle, horses and become organic farmers. We have also made the world more beautiful through art and music, and spread the Good News of Jesus through teaching, preaching and hands on involvement in practical ways.
Collectively we have been to every continent except for the Antarctica, backpacking through Europe and the Hawaiian Islands, hitch hiking across Australia, sailing the Nile, exploring China, and living in various countries of Africa.
The Lord has asked some of us to walk down a difficult and often painful path, and it was great to see how God used and is using these difficult times to make something beautiful and inspirational out of our lives.
We are looking forward to seeing what God has in store for us in the future.
